Field Notes

After two separate requests from customers (along with their glowing testimonials) for these great little memo books.  I tracked them down and placed an order.  Field Notes have arrived!   I love the old school simplicity and happy to find out they are printed here in Portland!

A durable 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 memo book filled with 48 pages of graph paper.

They tell their story the best….

From the inside back cover:

Inspired by the vanishing subgenre of agricultural memo books, ornate pocket ledgers and the simple, unassuming beauty of a well-crafted grocery list, the Draplin Design Co., Portland, Ore. – in conjunction with Coudal Partners, Chicago, Ill. – brings you “Field Notes” in hopes of offering, “An honest memo book, worth fillin’ up with GOOD INFORMATION.”

They also list 30 Practical Applications to give you some ideas about what to fill your memo book with. Inspired Ramblings, Shoddy Sketches, Family Tree Lineage, Roadtrip Mileage, Gambling Debts, Loose Promises and Last Will/Testament just to give you an idea.

Dare I say it. this would make a fantastic stocking stuffer for anyone on your list.  Just $11 for a pack of 3 memo books.
